Select units include accessibility features for residents with mobility needs, including wheelchair-accessible showers. The community is smoke-free indoors. A one-time, non-refundable community fee of $1,500 is required at lease signing, with a 12-month lease term.
An income-based rent option may also be available, where residents pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income with utilities included. Families should ask the leasing office about eligibility.
