Care Levels

Assisted Living — Caregivers assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, incontinence care, diabetic care (including insulin administration), and medication management, while supporting each resident's independence and dignity. Each resident receives a personalized care plan developed through an individual needs assessment. Nursing coverage is available 12–16 hours per day, with awake staff on duty 24 hours a day and a 24-hour call system in every unit.

Memory Care — Anderson Oaks offers a dedicated memory care program for residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory-related conditions. The activity department designs specialized programming intended to stimulate memory and create meaningful daily experiences for memory care residents.

Respite Care — Short-term stays are available on a per-day basis within either the assisted living or memory care program. Respite stays are suitable as a trial experience for families evaluating the community or as temporary relief for family caregivers.

On-site hospice services are also available for residents who need end-of-life care without relocating.
